Which type of scholarship should we select while filling the application form? Is it Chinese government scholarship

Do we have to select Chinese government scholarship. the first option available while filling the form and another thing is I want to know that what is agency number.

In the section of Duration and Proposed Study in China How much time period should we select. As it was written there from September 2013 to how many years? kindly guide me as i am difficulty while filling out the form
