Judge will certainly decide this case in favour of brave Mr.Aslam. The decision would be somewhat like that ''Mr. Aslam has undergone through mental stress due to interview of candidate therefore full compensation of crores of rupees has been granted to him. Since, candidate is poor and cannot afford one time payment therefore, keeping in view the financial state of candidate, court decides that the candidate will pay full compensation amount in installments at the rate of rupee one per month. Mr. Aslam is bound to collect aforesaid amount each month from the residential address of candidate and provide the photocopy of receipt to court. Both the parties have been made bound to comply till the payment of full compensation.
