If B.a degree holder is not eligible and cant perform as DDAO thn leave this decision to PPSC Members.If they find the candidate as you are saying , simply they will reject him.
And if you could not pass the general knowledge paper than how can you say that you are eligible?
You are behaving as general knowledge is degree and all b.a students have done thier bachelor in general knowledge.
