i think hostel will be more secure as we all will be in same hostel , whereas in a rented house maximum 2-4 girls can stay to gather,
as far as other problems are concerned, we can arrange clean bed/blanket by purchasing new one or bringing our own, but i would much prefer mess arrangement as idont know how to cook, waise bhi all of us have eaten from college/ university canteens and i dont think they are very hygienic either, so dont worry about that, by now we must have enough immunity against germs :p
