Areas often and Topics rarely repeat.

One area e.g. "Woman" is not a single topic rather it is a field/discipline/subject if we keep on forming various topics on Woman we will be touching Islam, Pakistan, World, Past, Present, Future, Constitution, Various Laws, Human Rights, and Working environment for Woman. Hence, multiple topics can be constituted in the Jurisdiction of "Woman".

Similarly "Media", "Democracy", "Environment", "Economy", "Islam", "Terrorism", "Energy" and "Education" are various areas which can be subdivided into multiple topics.
Topic is a specific dimension/direction/branch of that area. So probability of repetition of same specific topic is lesser as compared to coverage of overall area/subject.

Best strategy to cover essay is to cover complete area. Such strategy saves you from expectation shock. Holistic approach for some selected areas helps you in setting the best guess and supports you in other subjects too.
