As per my limited knowledge, Energy crises and the Cost of Energy Crises are not the same, though they relate with each other, In Energy Crises one is required to have focus on the reasons and their cure, whereas the essay on cost of energy crises will be focusing the sufferings due to lack of energy and finding the alternative resources.
