As per my experience of Finance Department, salary for various Pay Scales would stand as:
Basic Pay H.R 50% Adhoc 15% Adhoc 20% Adhoc Medical Deductions Net Salary
BPS-16 10,000 2727 3030 909 2000 909 2700 16875
BPS-17 16,000 4432 4925 1477 3200 1477 3500 28011
BPS-18 20,000 5809 6455 1936 4000 1936 4700 35436
## Since NAB is going to provide the transportation upto the campus, so Rs. 5000/- as conveyance allowance may not be given to the officers. If they admit it then add that amount in the Net Salary.
## If during training 15% Nab Allowance is given, then add Rs. 1500/- (BPS-16), Rs. 2400/- (BPS-17) and Rs. 3000/- (BPS-18) accordingly.
## House Rent not house hiring may be admissible since officers will not be producing rent assessment certificate and rent agreement of their accommodation.
