Brother if your hepatitis b and c are negative, then I think you are worried about your elevated ALT a d AST. If your ALT and AST are high, then no worries. It is notes a disease. They may be high due to many reasons. You may have high weight, you may be eating a lots meat (beef), pizzas, b.b.q, and hot oily things. Stop eating meat and oily things.
