Default Status of triple divorce in pregnancy??

When husband divorce her wife during pregnancy (3 divorce notice in one week) and now he wants to reconcile that he was in state of intense anger. Can we consider it triple divorce or one divorce?? What is Islamic way regarding this issue?? please come up with sound Islamic knowledge and references.
