well dear i have decided to go for the roll no.where NIC no i right.

moreover...hv a no way to contact NTS.all of the phone no are always busy....
Even there D.Director mobile no is busy.
Reasons it's Pakistan...& here you need sifarish or should hv someone inside working in organization to get the issue resolve.
