Option of puberty is an option for a married female who was entered into marriage bond by her guardian provided that the marriage has not been consumatted. The age of puberty under Pakistani law (Dissolution of muslim Marriages Act 1939) is 16 years.
It has often been asked as a note of 5 marks. I don't think it can be asked as an isolated 20 marks question because scope of filling stomach of the answer sheet is less under this head.
