well the statement is not much confusing. it simply asks one to focus one the developed nations and their slogans of globalization through wich they pretend to help underdeveloped nations and infact push them into deep troubles.
richer countries have 20% population of the world and about 80% of the resources of the world. these resources must be equily shared by all the nations so that poverty can be reduced. the richer nations are not willing to do so this is because of what many of the nations of world are still living in pathetic conditions.
