A sentence that describes a condition (If you had invited me) and the following result (i would have come)

Agr woh mahnat kerta, tou pass ho jata.
If he had worked harder , he would have passed

They both are used interchangeably .
May have/ might have is used when we are not sure about something. jb Kisi chez ki possibility ho. shaed koi kam / baat hui ho, shaed nahe.
Uss ney kam mukamal kr liya ho ga.
He might have finished his work.
woh log gher pohanch gaye hon gey.
They might have reached home.

usko wapis jana chaye tha.
She should have gone back.
Muje kam mukamal krna chaye tha.
i should have finished my task.
