Brothe CSS is a very uncertain exam. Sometimes very potential aspirants remain unsuccesful in making through it. Therefore , in my opinion , it would be wise to have some job first. But you should not postpone the preparation for CSS. Rather you should start preparation Forrest the CSS on sidelines. And when you find yourself prepared , you should take the attempt for CSS.
