(The %age who own a motorcycle) + ( The %age who own a car) - (The %age who own one or the other or both) = 100% own one or other or both.
▶ 15% + 90% - A = 100%
▶ 105% - A = 100%
▶ A = 5%

The %age of motorcycle owners to who own car is = 5% / 15% = 1/3 = 33%
