Last time in Balochistan number of ministers and advisers were 64 out of 65 (total membership of Prov Assembly). Now there will be 15 members after 18th Amendment.

Bro, 18th amendment was passed in Apr 8.2010. Was it implicitly written somewhere that it's implementation would be done from 2013 onwards?
