HEC mailed today as those candidates who are not providing NOC or undertaking from govt departments/organizationz will apply for the scholarship but if they shortlisted for the scholarship will resign or provide NOC from their departments,same thing they said about IELTS & passport(not mandatory at this stage),so just focus on your GAT

there is no research plan for candidates having 16 years of education.in masters there is no research report/plan,just internship/thesis or project as i know,if some body knws about research plan than must share please so others must know.
