_ Women in urban versus women in rural areas (I think You can get away with this heading in your introduction while discussing the status of women in Pakistan in general)
_Difference of roles between men and women
_Pakistan: A patriarchal Society

SOCIAL STATUS OF WOMEN IN PAKISTAN
_ Health Condition
_Education for Women
_Women's Empowerment (This heading is not matching to your main heading i.e social status....)
_Violence against women
ECONOMIC STATUS OF WOMEN
_Employment Situation of (For)women in Pakistan
_Career Opportunities
_Workplace Harassment
_Labor Policies and working women
_Allocation in Government Jobs

You have missed a very important heading. After indicating status quo, you should have written the causes of poor status of women in Pakistan.

POLITICS AND WOMEN IN PAKISTAN
_Representation in National and Provincial Assemblies
_Right to vote
STATUS OF WOMEN IN ISLAM
_Social Aspect
_Political Aspect
_Economic Aspect

MEASURES TAKEN BY GOVERNMENT TO IMPROVE WOMEN STATUS
_Establishment of National Commission on the Status of Women
_Ministry of Women Development

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WOMEN EMPOWERMENT (Always try to write much more points in the form of sub-headings so that your view point becomes clear to the examiner and at the same time it will provide you easiness to write. Simply writing recommendations as without mentioning what you feel essential to recommend seems unclear.)

CONCLUSION

INTRODUCTION

The status of women in Pakistan varies according to regions, social classes and rural /urban divide. Women in urban areas enjoy better status than the women of rural areas. The plight of women in the tribal areas and in the regions dominated by feudal landlords is very miserable. Women are subjected to honor killing, karokari and Vani (exchanging females as a compensation for a murder) particularly in tribal areas.
Although education has created awareness in people but still it is considered that women are inferior to men. The general view in Pakistan is that men and women have different roles in two different spheres of life(They both have different roles indeed. But to make this as a reason to discriminate and persecute woman is not only unjustifiable but also against all ethical, legal and religious codes.). According to this difference of roles men has to look after the affairs of political and economic aspects of life while women are supposed to confine themselves in the household tasks.
Another extremist view is that Islam places women at a lower position to men.All such views are result of illiteracy and misconception about Islam.
Education and teaching of Islamic values in true sense is the remedy for depressed condition of women in Pakistan..
Despite some shortcomings in your outline, your attempt is highly praiseworthy. There is a flow of ideas in your introduction. It is outstanding. And according to my knowledge there are no obvious mistakes of grammar in throughout of your attempt. Just keep it up. You deserve 60/100..
