here is some info and difference between both is
1. Og2 simple 2 years graduation k bad bhi lag jata hai but mto k liye 16 years education must h aur age limit 26
2. mto kisi grade ka naam nahi hai ik opportunity ka naam h!! mto ka grade bhi og2 he hota hai in bank al habib and may be og3 in nbp etc
3. mto ke branch manager aur us se oper jane k chances ziada fast hain og2 mai approx. 2 saal ziada lag jatay hain..
4. og2 ki total salary 18000 hai mto ki 28000..!
5. og2 etc jaise officers apne bal botay pe sekhte hain no training is given but mto ki specially her department mai training hoti hai!!
