Not quite agreed with the captioned post.
Graduation of two years is offered a rank called "Sub Officer" and a person having 16 years education is granted a position of OG-II.
MTO will be given an officer rank called Officer Grade II or OG-II after the completion of six months training at Training and Management Division Karachi, It is to be noted that the outstation inducted individuals will also be trained there.
Growth is based on performance irrespective of any designation.
As far monetary benefits the OG-II is offered 21000 while MTO during training 22000 and after that 28000.
For MTOs Bond is of 3 Lacs or may be 4 or 5 Lacs this year and directly hired in OG-II will have to sign a bond of 1 Lac.
The tenor of bond is three consecutive years.
