Why FPSC have filed a reference after 21 days after disclosing the scam in media, even they have not filed the reference till they are exposed in media. It is just a "Face Saving" from FPSC end. So is it the working of FPSC? That is beyond my imagination in my mind about the FPSC. Need ur opinion my dear fellow in this regard. Thanks
