Thank you My dear friend...The meaning of my last sentence of the introduction is that there are so many Islamic scholars and interpreters such as sunni, shiite, and other Islamic schools of thought who, Apart from basic sources of sharia i.e. Quaran and Hadith, interpret and take freedom and rights of women in different way. So, there is always a kind of dispute. They usually judge whether the the rights and freedom that has been given to women by applying Ijtehad is reasonable or otherwise. Traveling, Say for example, some of the scholars say that women can not travel alone. whereas, others say that she can up to certain limit or distance.
