Mg means Management Grade and OG means officer grade OG is better than MG in all banks system is OG but in allied bank system is MG.MTOs are hire as MG11 in Allied Bank which means OG 3 ,salary is know a days I think 25000 to MTOs and TELLERS and BDOs are hires as a MG12 which are not an officer cadre.Salry of BDO is (18000) Start with to years probation period and no training maximum two days orientation training for both TELLER sand BDOS you have to learn every thing on the job. Salary of Teller is (16000) .

Probation period of TELLERS is one year.
TELLER is not an officer cadre in ABL in order to become officer (Banking services officer) you have to clear internal written test which was conducted by NTS this year.Candidate having M.com or MBA will give the test after two years serving the job of teller other master three years and for bachelor degree holders time is four years to become banking services officer in abl.
I want to make something clear at this fourm all those student who have done master do not join as TELLER in ABL not a good job.
