As a teller select hone k bad koi growth opportunity nahi hai kya financially or career wise?

chances are very rare for growth, as the only experinece you gain being a teller is counting. thus even management hesitates assigning you to any other job/task as they know that hiring another person for the same post is not an easy task, plus this is one of the most mnotonous and risky job as in case the cash account not balance ou have to wait uless and untill its is sorted out,
last but not the least i believe bank management curbs females for this post <opinion>
