Acha I have the paper with me from HRD of BAHL. Which says, " MTO's are paid a gross salary of Rs. 22,000/- during the training period - upon successful completion of training their salaries are rervised as follows"
On Confirmation Rs. 25,000/-
On conformation Rs. 27,500/- (Obtaining marks > or = to 70%)
On conformation Rs. 28,750 (Obtaining marks > or = to 75%)
These are basic salaries. Upon conformation everyone is entitled to Rs. 3,000/- as medical allowance per month.
