"Democracy foster mediocrity"

The concept of democracy is bludgeon of people,for the people,by the people.according to Karl Marx "Democracy is road to socialism" which proved to be beneficial for common masses.to get the tyranny instead of introducing it.Democracy proved to be foster the mediocrity which can bring social justice with power of common man.and therefore becomes the utmost need of the modern world to compete the challenges.

Democracy improvised the middle class to take active part in state affairs and and suggest policies according to their own choice through the right of representation to middle man and thus able to run the state successfully.It also proved to be ahead of states where democracy is been criticized and one man is liable to take the decision of public fate.During world wars,it can be observed that those wars were started by non-democratic states but won by group of allies who preferred democracy.

According to Abraham Lincoln "The ballot is stronger than bullet". Democracy is extended day by day in world with an aim to bring prosperity in states.This was result of democracy when a man Dr.ambedkar with oppressed class from India become the law minister of India right after its independence.

On the other hand peoples who criticized this form of govt claims that govt is high art based institute with higher sciences then how can people on larger scale without such knowledge took possession of this institute,by stating that govt is like a kind of ship whose captain possess the good administrative qualities and stupidly give chance or right to non-trainers on such larger scale to navigate the ship,therefore this type of govt is not up to the mark and expectations.

Hence,it is important to foster democracy by mediocrity because one can produce new ideas with the presence of democracy.That's why Sir Winston Churchill said that "Democracy is worst form of govt except all those forms which have tried from time to time.
