In my knowledge

UBL RBO Rs. 22,500/- for Masters and Rs. 20,500/-
ABL BSO Rs. 26,500/- and Rs. 30,000/- to top 5%
HBL RBO about Rs. 26,000/-
MCB TBO about Rs. 25,000/-
-intaking OGIII/equivalent-

BAHL Rs. 28,000/-
Askari about Rs. 35,000/-
-both intaking OGII/equivalent-

NBP Rs. 12,000/- and Rs. 18,000/- OG III purely on Contract, OG II about Rs. 35,000/-


Few banks also provide Increments to MTO's apart from regular increments.
It may add monthly bonuses depending upon branch performance.

Festival bonuses are seperate. Few offer some % of basic, while oders (confirm for ABL) gives 100% of gross
