If you are 20 people , you can hire a good lawyer in 2 lakh or three lakh.Go for it.Courts can do anything.They got allocated ladies in 38th commons who were not allocated in 37th commons due to wrong application of women quota. OMG petition in Islamabad high court is Mazhar Hayat VS Federation of Pakistan.... You can become a party. but ensure that you are in large number. You can also file petition in your respective supreme court benches by making these news items as your references.
