PNRA selects candidates from the test of PIEAS. PNRA doesn't take their on test, they selects from the same test and only interview them for their 14 to 15 seats (vary every year). The selected candidates by PNRA are studied in PIEAS and after pass out serves in PNRA rather than atomic energy.

You can apply for PIEAS and PNRA both but the test will only conduct only by PIEAS would be consider for both jobs.
