Now i have two questions

1. Forces or PMS what is best???? ( keeping in mind job nature, facilities, pros n cons )

2. Is there any option to switch to PMS ..if yes then how?

My friend it depends which force you are in, if you are in Army and have joined through PMA L/C and serving in Infantry/Artillary or Armoured core then you better be there.....

If you are in PAF then it depends which trade you are in, like if you are in GD(P)/ Aeronautical or Avionics etc then again PAF is better than PMS.....and same is the case with the Navy, if joined via PNS cadet term then it is best.....I was in Air Force as GD(P) and i had craze for civil service as well but my trade had the thrill that civil service even DMG was not promising so it depends on which branch and force you are in as promotion and command prospects vary from force to force and within the force to branch to branch.....

As far as your query is concerned, PMS has absolutely no comparison with forces. You are at a better place. Switching from forces to CSS does, in some cases, make sense, as CSS is far better than PMS, but to PMS it does not.
Regards.
Don't you think you have very subjectively distinguished these two? as taking into consideration above factors i have described, you must justify that how exactly PMS is lower than Armed Forces....?
