By doing so you can cover the syllabus but can't attempt an outstanding paper, which requires original and potent analysis that will only come when you write on your own so as to reflect your understanding about the subject. Reproducing will put you in trouble. So only get help from these notes to the extent that you don't need to search them from any book, Roshan has done that for, you have to learn and understand and write in your words.
