The job includes qualitative work, immense growth prospects, international travelling, and face to face interaction with top industry executives where they pay you respect for what you do. Do you think DAD ASF is something that one should leave this sort of job for?

I am sorry I am asking such a question but I want to join civil service as a grade 17 officer (DAD is BS-16). After certain derogatory remarks by some senior members about ASF I want to be sure what i am going for?
