As far as salary concerned, now a days its not a big deal in USA or any other country to earn 2000$.Even non- qualified can earn this amount. so you can expect his salary from 3000$ or much higher. if you are converting it in PK Rs then offcourse it should be higher than CSP officers in Pak. But tell you one thing, very few will join Civil Serveries for money, most of them join for pride and authority.
