Well Babar its a matter of opinion.. Women are already doing good in the competetive examinations INSPITE of the circumstances that they have to go through to complete their education and fight the social injustice of this society.. I am not talking about the girls of lahore, Karachi or Islamabad.. I am talking about the girls of the deprived and underdeveloped areas of Pakistan where women still cant claim equality with men.. Where women education is still considered a stigma for the entire family.. This quota would be an incentive to the girls of those areas to get into the civil service of Pakistan, because by completing their education in the face of social restictions they have already proven their worth and their confidence.. About the representation thing, write to the Secretary FPSC in a legal format and get it officially delivered to the FPSC ( by hand or by registered mail ). The FPSC is bound to give u a reply in a specified time.. If the reply is negative, then u can move that court taking the plea that ur problem could not be redressed at the relevant forum..
