You are right, but i think it was not the policy of FPSC rather all the damage was done by the examiner, see FPSC would not bother to destroy a subject that is of 100 marks and opted by a small number of people.....if at all they had to do something like that, they would have done with Psychology, everyone has opted it and everyone has 150-165 marks in it.....
I my self was very confident to cross 70 marks in IR as my paper was a real gem (i think so), but i could hardly pass it securing 33 marks, so i think examiner was having some issue while checking the paper.....
