On one hand America is negotiating with Taliban through proper political channel at their newly inaugurated political office in Qatar. On the other hand Afghan Taliban have denounced any relationship with Pakistani Taliban. At the same time Mian sahab has been nominated for Nobel Peace Prize. The people killed are not from Taliban enemy countries. Still Taliban have taken the responsibility. GB is burning from past few years but no tourist was killed there before, to my knowledge.
