Guys I am sharing with you my personal experience. Prof. Rasheed Bukhari is the best available teacher of persian in Lahore. I took just 3 months classes from him and I was able to get 149 marks in persian. In the end persian played a very pivitol role in my merit.

He has thorough grip on his subject and thats why he is spontaneous whenever he is asked something related to his subject. When I approached him I was a little nervous because I didn't know the abc of persian. At that time he assured me that I would be able to get more than 70% marks and in the end the same thing happened. I think these days he is teaching somewhere near Patiyala house.
