Ok MR,Farhan Lahore acha region hai ap 2 years k baad bso k written k leia eligible hain lekin agr seats available hun.Dosri bat ye hai k agar ap 2 years k bad bso select b ho jatey hain to b ap ki salary aur growth aik fresh MTO sa kam ho gi eskey elwa ap abl me kisi b internal post k leia eligible nahi hain kyon k MG12 are not eligible for any internal hiring and one thing more if during your job if abl announce MTO then do not show your experience of teller because the will not short list you.I do not want to discourage you but if you want to switch to another bank after gaining one or two years experience then it will be quit difficult for you because other banks will hire you on the same position but with high salary.Aur waqi me heran hun k mba ki degree hai ap k pass ap Lahore me rehtey ho pir b app itni intial stage se start le rahe ho Lahore me ap ko aur bi opportunities availble hain private sector me agar ap avail krna chahen to pir b agar ap banking ma interested ho to ap MTO,TBO or RBO se start lo percentage achi hai ap ki ap MTO,RBO ya TBO k written k leia short list ho saktey hain .itni initial stage agar ap na start leia in case agar ap is job se bore ho gai to resignation ki surat me to ap ka dill belkul banking sa ut gaye ga is ke elwa banking aik tough job hai aur TELLER to sab sa tough subah 9
