Default essay on crisis of good governance in pakistan

dear all, I need your sincere advice regarding this introduction of mine.

Pakistan has been generously blessed by nature in many aspects. The country has a high percentage of young population which is a very valuable asset. In a recently carried out survey by ''Institue of european business administration'' the nation was ranked as the 4th most intelligent among 125 countries. It has huge reserves of gas and other minerals:one of the largest salt mines at ''khewra'' and 2nd largest reserves of coal at ''Thar'' widely known as ''Black gold''.It is the only muslim country which has nuclear capability.Despite having all this irronicaly,24% of pakistanis live below poverty line. The economy is in backwater with only 2.3% GDP;foreign investments are negligible;corruption is rampant;religious intolerance has become the order of the day;riots erupt due to energy crisis and basically, the country is stuck in the quagmire of Terrorism. All of these miseries are manifestations of poor governance. This premise raises few questions: Firstly, what are the essential ingredients of good governance? Secondly, what is the current scenario of governance in Pakistan? Lastly, what is the panacea for bad governance in Pakistan?
