i did not received mail after applying and mainly the RBO is marketing and operation job

Spot opportunities for cross selling products and services by being aware of customer needs
Build profitable, win-win business relationship with the clients
Liaise with prospective clients to educate them on bank’s services and products in line with the customer’s personal requirements
Branch operations and management
Development of Credit proposals and analysis
Provide smooth and error free service to the customers within prescribed service quality measures
