ISI has been named the Best Intelligence agency of the world leaving behind the CIA and Mossad on the touchstone of zero double agents and zero covert operation failures. The real thing is that it is the best without having the cutting edge technologies and loads of finances on its disposal. It is simply impossible that OBL have been living there in highly sensitive PMA Kakool area and no one was cognizant about him being there. Now what the commision report says that no intelligence agency knew that OBL is there in Abbotabad, that is wrong. Now i tell you one thing, if the commission said that they knew about his presence, then Pakistan would face enormous pressure on International front and the American accusation about ISI's links with terrorist networks would have been strongly corroborated, Pakistan would be in a Jeopardy. Because it would be hard to defend, as all fingers would be pointed towards Pakistan that if they knew about his presence, why she did not take any action? The only way to get away was declaring that we did not know that he was there and it was the rational decision. The world can point a finger on our capability but not on our integrity, and that is safer than the former.

There are very strong reports that he was slain in Tora Bora raid in Afghanistan in earlier years of War against terror, the Americans kept him alive to give their hegemonic motives a cover and give the american public a reason to spend their tax money in that war. How our Defense capability failed to detect and retaliate? Brother i have been a Pilot in PAF, i can give you the real answer. We have High level radars only on Eastern front to detect incoming bogeys from India that is our arch enemy, partially because of meager resources and partially because of no need, we do not have TPS 77 High level radars at Western front, they keep a wary eye on any aircraft intruding the Air space, at every altitude. The Western front is protected by simple PDR radars that catch the activity within certain parameters. The hilly terrain made it possible for the Americans to evade the eyes of Radar, and they also came in Stealth Comanche Helicopters that reflect the Radar rays and made it invisible, that's the reason why PAF could not retaliate. Now only visual id was possible and in the middle of their so called operation, the guards of PMA visually identified and after getting clear from Air Defense Alert that no friendly aircraft was in that area, they opened fire by AAA and downed their one Comanche helicopter.

There is no doubt that such an operation took place in real, but there was no Bin Laden. The real motives are unknown to us and we can only make assumptions. This is a baseless effort to malign the ISi and Defense institutions and commission report is not at all responsible for that, It is our "Independent Media" that is going great lengths to defame the Spy agencies and our clandestine capabilities. As i already said that commission did a good job, it had to hold someone responsible for that, it did so by identifying our inability to detect OBL and it is the safest choice, but our media is leaving no stone unturned to prove that itself not Pakistani media, rather it is on the payroll of the enemies of Pakistan.

They are not at all irresponsible, at least it can be said with certainty about the Defense Instt, about the Govt, neither it has any role in shaping our Defense strategy nor can it be held responsible for any such things. We can also doubt the intentions of Govt officials in this regard, again i would say it is being highlighted by Media.

Indeed, they have been wasting the taxpayers' money in its hegemonic designs and to give them some results, they made the Pakistan scapegoat. We must also take this thing in the perspective of American elections, President Bush launched the offensive Shock & Awe against Iraq alleging her to be possession of WMDs in order to win the elections, President Obama did the same thing, to give the American public some excuse for next term, they launched that drama. Diversionary theory of War, simple.

In International arena, things are not as simple as they seem to be. We cannot be sure about it, whether they let this happen deliberately or not, but take this report with a tinge of skepticism.
