Don't worry about temporary job, it is a permanent job. About accommodation and allowances, I have already explained above. It is a PG 7 job and you can contact HR by telephone or in writing. Medical will be done at airport. Just join your duty where you have been advised to report and they will tell you about the rest of the process.
