Dear I have asked form HEC in this regard.They have told me to wait for the time being. They will guide in this regard.
As per my knowledge, you can get the insurance from pakistan as well as korea... I do have the email of a korean agency that offers insurance but I havn't proceeded as I have asked HEC to let me know that who will be paying for the insurance and they have told me to wait for their response. Hence, just hold your horses for the time being
