Bhai Jaan PEC ki registration sirf Engineering ki 1st degree i.e Bachelors ke liye hoti hai, usse aage ap MS, ME, M.Phil, PhD ya whatever kuch bhi karo uske liye PEC ki registration nai hoti. Sirf apki 1st degree ko or apko PEC register karti hai, usse aage ap kuch bhi karte raho. I hope apki query solve hogai hogi.
