Let us discuss "is really Democracy is the best form of govt?" if it is, then how? Being a democratic state, why Pakistan is unable to maintain real democratic culture? If we see our beloved politicians, who are called democratic heros and heroins , they fight one an another like dash in holy assemblies and in talk shows. Every parties' representative tries his/her best to make his/her party best one in front of the public.. .is it democracy? if some one is very sincere to our country, then he/she is killed in the name of so called target killing, bombing and so on? is it the part of democracy? Apart from these, if we see political parties in their speeches, they just make us fool, nothing more than that, because they usually doe not fulfill their promises to relief the public. In this regard there are many instances. We have seen the speeches of prominent leaders they say that after getting the support of public, the will be making beautiful houses on moon, there will be no laodsheding, target killing, socioeconomic problems and so on? Indeed, we live on moon, where there is no light, no food, no right to live alive in true manner! We are just living in a jungle, their is no rule of law, there is injustice and unfair culture is on apex...
Is this democracy? if it this is really democracy then "is democracy is the best form of govt?"

for successful democracy, first of all we have to create that required environmrnt which is necessary for its growth and nourishment. we have to determine those factors which are vital for democratic process in any country. if we meet those conditions and factors, then we may have good and stable democracy. in my perception, there is no wrong with the system of democracy. it is working successfully in more than half of the countries of the world and have created peace and stability in those countries.
the following are the keys conditions/factors necessary to be there, if democracy is to run there.
a. economic stability
b. 100% literacy rate
c. poticial consciousness/awarness among the people.
d.constitutionality
e.fair and free electoral system is also key to this process.
f. safety and security of life and property/law and order
now all of us can ask from ourselve, can we meet these conditions. the answer will be negative. first we all must endeaver to creat these conditions and then expect for success of democracy.
criticism and correction by the seniors will be highly appreciated and warmly welcomed.
