If image uploading is already disabled, than what is the purpose of this warning?

If it is not possible to upload any image on CSS Forum severs (ns1.iinix.com & ns2.iinix.com) now, then there is no question of hotlinking, as there is no possibility to use CSS Forum server bandwidth for images.
