Apparently one mark is given for each outline.For example if you make 15 relevant outlines then you get 15 marks for it.And rest of the marks are awarded on your ability to write accurately which means correct usage of grammar and sentence structure.Furthermore,coherence and maturity of thoughts are given utmost importance.In my opinion correct use of english and maturity of thoughts get you higher marks in essays.
