Dear Asif for Physical Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry consult Dr. Haq Nawaz bhatti books ( Carvan Publishers) and for Organic Chemistry, M. Younis book is sufficient except some topics

In my humble opinion Chemistry as a optional subject is not a good choice. If you have grip on it, even then, you can only manage up to 135.
