PESHAWAR: The provincial government on Tuesday authorised Tariq Naseem, acting group head of Human Resource of the Bank of Khyber, to look after the charge of the acting managing director (MD) of the bank till the appointment of the full-time MD.
According to the notification issued by the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Finance, Tariq Naseem will look after the post of the acting MD in addition to his own duties.
However, the Finance Department, through a letter No BO (F/L FD/1/1/03 Voll:III dated 5.8.13, informed the acting MD that the additional chief secretary Planning and Development (P&D) as chairman of the Board of Directors (BoD) of the BoK had desired that the acting MD would only look after the routine affairs of the bank. “Any fresh financing, posting, transfers and recruitment that are direly needed in the bank would only be made with the prior concurrence and approval of the BoD,” it said.

Thus referring above, still the induction of MTOs is at stake of Govt of KPK. things are becoming vague day by day......
