Islamiat subject is generally a normal scoring subject. However, it can be highly scoring when quranic verses and Ahadith are referred to in the answer copy. If the answer is to the point and in line with what is asked in the question, it will definitely fetch smart marks.
As far as past paper of Islamiat is concerned I also want someone paste it here.
